Chuck Hathaway’s journey into agriculture began early, growing up on a Wisconsin farm where he gained invaluable insights into animal care, disease prevention and pest management. His farming background, combined with his education in International Business & Logistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and diverse sales experiences, equipped him with the skills to excel at Liphatech Ag.
Within his role, Chuck selects media and grower associations for partnerships, creates and hosts training for licensed applicators and develops customer relationships. His passion lies in helping producers solve rodent problems, relishing in the “ah-ha” moments when they realize effective solutions together. He finds great satisfaction in aiding customers.
Outside of work, Chuck remains deeply rooted in agriculture, tending to a family farm and collaborating with neighbors on livestock, silviculture and orchard projects. Chuck also enjoys coaching ski racing, maintaining trails, woodworking and exploring the outdoors.
