Ross Horn oversees the Rozol® and Metarex® brands for the Farm and Ranch segment of Liphatech Ag. He leads marketing and sales efforts while collaborating with various departments including production, regulatory and R&D to shape the future of Rozol and Metarex. With a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA under his belt, Ross’s education and prior experience in territory management at an ag machinery manufacturer laid a sturdy foundation for his role at Liphatech Ag.
Ross is deeply rooted in agriculture, being a third-generation farmer and co-owner of a family farm specializing in citrus and almonds. This personal involvement fuels his passion for the industry, particularly the generational aspect and the pride of providing safe food to others.
Outside of the office, Ross cherishes time spent with his family, whether it’s riding horses and fishing on the farm or supporting his children in their own pursuits. Ross’s dedication to agriculture both in his professional and personal life underscores his commitment to the industry’s success and his family’s legacy.
